I have 2 email accounts in Outlook The calendar is showing my first email account but I want it to be my 2nd email account. I have made the 2nd email account my default account in settings data files and Email but it is not changing my calendar to the correct account. But when someone sends me an appointment that I accept, it does not update the “Calendar” file, it updates the “Calendar This Computer Only ” file.

I’d like all my appointments to be in one calendar file, the way it was in Outlook Is there a way to eliminate this second calendar, or designate the “Calendar” file to be the default to use for new appointments that come in through email? Its very confusing. Then click Add , type in a name for the pst file and Set it as Default data file. Once you create a data file import calendar to new data file.
